To those affected by recent changes in insurance coverage for fertility treatment:

A number of fertility centers in the Chicago area no longer accept insurance contracts managed by WIN Fertility, which now administers fertility coverage at BCBS's HMO of Illinois and CIGNA.  The University of Chicago Center for Reproductive Medicine & Fertility continues to offer insurance associated with WIN Fertility, and is able to welcome those patients who must find a new provider in order to maintain their insurance coverage.  Call (773) 702-6642 to schedule an appointment with a fertility specialist at any of our locations. We offer comprehensive services at clinics in Chicago’s West Loop and in Schererville and Valparaiso, Indiana.   Our highly trained staff will work with you to ensure that your treatment and your coverage continue without interruption.
