Hormonal Testing
Hormonal testing refers to the effects of the hormones estrogen and progesterone on the lining of the uterus. Approximately 20% of couples with recurrent pregnancy loss are found to have a problem with the development of the lining of the uterus (endometrium).
The optimal way to find out if the hormones are working together correctly is to take a sample of the endometrium by doing a test called an endometrial biopsy (EB).
