From I-90/94 (downtown Chicago)
Take I-90/94 south/east to I-57 south and exit at Vollmer Rd. east. Proceed 1.2 miles to Crawford Avenue. Turn right (south) onto Crawford Avenue. The hospital is three blocks down on the left (east) side of the street.
From Cicero Avenue
Take Cicero Ave. south to Vollmer Rd. east. Exit onto Vollmer Rd. east. Proceed 1.2 miles east to Crawford Avenue. Turn right (south) onto Crawford Avenue. The hospital is three blocks down on the left (east) side of the street.
From I-57
Take I-57 south to Vollmer Rd. east. Exit onto Vollmer Rd. east. Proceed 1.2 miles east to Crawford Avenue. Turn right (south) onto Crawford Avenue. The hospital is three blocks on the left (east) side of the street.

Take I-57 north to Rt. 30 (Lincoln Highway) east. Take Rt. 30 (Lincoln Highway) to Governors Highway. Turn left (north) onto Governors Highway. Proceed through the first stoplight on Crawford Ave. (Do not follow Governors Hwy to the right after the turn). The hospital is three blocks down on the right (east) side of the street.

Take Governors Highway north past Rt. 30 (Lincoln Highway). Proceed through the first stoplight onto Governors Highway. Proceed through the first stoplight on Crawford Ave. (Do not follow Governors Hwy to the right after the turn). The hospital is three blocks down on the right (east) side of the street.
