From the North
Kennedy Expressway I-90 and Edens Expressway I-94
Take the Kennedy Expressway I-90 east, or the Edens Expressway I-94 east, southbound to the Dan Ryan Expressway I-90/94 east. Continue southbound in the local lanes on the Dan Ryan. Exit at 55th Street, also called Garfield Boulevard (exit 57B), and turn left (east). Continue east on Garfield Boulevard about 1/2 mile to Washington Park. Continue through Washington Park following the blue hospital signs to Cottage Grove Avenue.
At the corner of Cottage Grove Avenue and 57th Street go straight (east on 57th Street). Go two blocks on 57th Street to Drexel Avenue. Turn right on Drexel Avenue and go one block to 58th Street. Turn right on 58th Street and go one block to Maryland Avenue. The DCAM is across Maryland Avenue on the right.
From the North
Lake Shore Drive (41)
Take Lake Shore Drive south to 57th Street and exit by the Museum of Science and Industry. Follow 57th Street south as it curves around the Museum. Following the blue hospital signs, turn right onto Midway Plaisance. Continue west on Midway Plaisance to Cottage Grove Avenue.
Turn right on Cottage Grove Avenue and go three short blocks to the stoplight at 57th Street. Turn right on 57th Street (east). Go two blocks on 57th Street to Drexel Avenue. Turn right on Drexel Avenue and go to 58th Street. Turn right on 58th Street and go one block to Maryland Avenue. The DCAM will be across Maryland Avenue on the right.
From the South
I-57 Expressway and Bishop Henry Ford Expressway I-94
Take I-57 or the Bishop Henry Ford Expressway I-94 west, northbound to the Dan Ryan Expressway I-94 west. Continue north in the local lanes on the Dan Ryan. Exit at 55th Street, also called Garfield Boulevard (exit 57B), and turn right (east). Continue east on Garfield Boulevard about 1/2 mile to Washington Park. From the Skyway, exit at Stony Island Avenue, and follow Stony Island north to the Midway Plaisance--which is after 60th Street. Turn left (west) onto the Midway Plaisance and continue to Cottage Grove Avenue.

Take Lake Shore Drive north to 57th Street and exit by the Museum of Science and Industry. Follow 57th Street south as it curves around the Museum. Following the blue hospital signs, turn right onto Midway Plaisance. Continue west on Midway Plaisance to Cottage Grove Avenue. Continue with directions specific to your appointment location:

Parking
The parking garage is located on 58th Street and Maryland Avenue. To park your car yourself, you may enter the garage from either Maryland Avenue or 58th Street. In addition to self-park at hourly rates, valet parking is also available in front of the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine and the Bernard A. Mitchell Hospital.
